1. Our Products & Services Shapes & Sizes provides premium accessories and beauty essentials designed to help every customer feel confident and seen. All products are carefully selected for quality, style, and comfort.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

3. Shipping Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
